Procedure

Application Instructions

Gather the following documents.
Send all of the required documents to admissions@smicha.net, or mail them to,

341 North Mansfield Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036.

Additional Required Documents

1. Fill out our online application here, or the print version here.

2. Letters of recommendation

Please submit at least two letters of recommendation with contact information for the writer. These must include at least one academic and one Rabbinic reference.

3. Official Transcripts

Please submit your current school transcripts. Applicants who are currently enrolled need to send their mid-semester transcripts as well as arrange for their final transcripts to be mailed to us by the end of the semester.

4. Recent Photo

Please submit a recent photo of yourself along with your application.

Interview

All applicants will be interviewed via phone by a BTM Hanhala member.

Policies

Bais Toras Menachem admits students of any race, color, national origin, or ethnic origin. All documents submitted in support of an application for admission become the permanent possession of BTM and cannot be returned to the applicant. For your records, please make photocopies of all materials submitted, except for transcripts and recommendation forms, which must be received (if mailed) unopened, in the original, sealed envelopes.,
